6 month contract, hybrid in Stamford, CT
Must Haves:
- Senior level Product Management experience focused on AI, Generative AI, or machine learning projects
- Experience owning and driving AI product roadmaps from concept through delivery
- Experience leading cross-functional AI projects and coordinating with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Experience creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
- Hands-on experience working within Jira, including backlog management, sprint planning, and requirements tracking.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable product features and technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of AI products, AI agents, chatbots, automation solutions, or GenAI applications
Pluses
- Telecom industry experience.
- Ecommerce/Sales background
- Experience with GenAI platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Bedrock, or Vertex AI
Day-to-Day:
- Insight Global is hiring an AI Product Manager for one of our enterprise clients. This Product Manager will work closely with business leaders, architects, engineers, and end users to identify, prioritize, and drive AI initiatives across the organization. On a day-to-day basis, they will gather business requirements, define product strategy and roadmap. This individual will manage project progress within Jira, facilitate cross-functional meetings, and ensure AI solutions are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. They will regularly present updates and recommendations to stakeholders, help remove roadblocks, and oversee AI projects from ideation through implementation, while ensuring solutions provide measurable value and a strong user experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a customer-facing environment, partnering with senior leaders, and serving as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution.
