Location: Remote/U.S. (Priority in Austin, Dallas, Charlotte, Greensboro, or Louisville)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Our client is a high-growth, forward-thinking financial services firm focused on empowering advisors and clients through innovation, collaboration, and long-term partnership. They are actively seeking experienced and growth-oriented financial advisors who are ready to scale their impact with a dynamic team and shared success model.

We're seeking a driven and experienced Financial Advisor & Business Developer to join our client's expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a proven book of business, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients all while collaborating within a high-performance team.

This is more than a traditional advisory role. You'll benefit from operational support, equity opportunities, and access to senior-level resources to help you land and manage complex relationships.

Responsibilities :

  • Build and manage your personal book of business, with a focus on high-net-worth (HNW) clients
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning, portfolio analysis, and strategic investment recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to close complex deals and provide exceptional client service
  • Represent the firm's values, growth strategy, and team-based client model
  • Participate in strategic growth planning
  • Work toward leading or establishing a branch office in a high-growth market

Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years of experience as a licensed financial advisor
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses required
  • $250K+ in trailing 12-month revenue
  • Minimum 10 HNW clients (>$1MM in household advisory relationships)
  • 10+ financial plans completed in the past 12 months
  • $25MM+ in current total Assets Under Management (AUM)
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and desire to grow within an equity-sharing model
  • Clear, confident communication skills and a passion for wealth management

Compensation & Growth Path :

  • Competitive base salary + performance incentives
  • Equity ownership opportunity after 6-12 months
  • Full administrative and operational support; no need to manage the book alone
  • Transition to a production-based model after years 1-2
  • Transparent 3-5 year growth trajectory with 15-25% annual targets
  • Additional incentives for launching a branch office tied to revenue milestones

Why Join Our Client:

  • Team-based culture with shared success and deep resources
  • Clear and attainable path to equity and firm ownership
  • Innovative, advisor-first environment where your impact is recognized
  • Operational freedom so you can focus on growth and strategy
