Full Job Description
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Production Worker to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position where you will play an important role in building, preparing, and packaging products for shipment. The ideal candidate will have previous production or manufacturing experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily production and manufacturing tasks
- Build skids and prepare finished products for shipment
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely
- Perform quality inspections throughout the production process
- Follow production instructions and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and office staff
- Help maintain quality standards and identify production issues
- Track orders and production milestones to meet deadlines
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Use electric and pneumatic tools including saws and nail guns
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Experience using electric and pneumatic tools
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Read a tape measure accurately
- Construction experience helpful but not required
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
