About this position

HKS Dallas is seeking a Contracts Counsel to join our Legal team. This role provides legal support for the review and negotiation of contracts for architectural and design services, learning the firm’s contract positions and delivering thorough analyses.

You will work with project teams, adapt to shifting priorities, and identify risks while maintaining confidentiality and integrity. A JD, bar admission, and at least 5 years of experience are required.
