Associate Assembler | * Multiple Openings *
Location: Utica, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Pay: $16.00/hour

Adecco is currently recruiting for multiple Associate Assembler positions to work with a client in Utica, NY.  These are long-term temporary roles with a starting pay rate of $16 per hour.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable hands-on manufacturing experience in the medical device industry with a global company.

If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive hands-on work, you are encouraged to apply - previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required as training is provided.

What you'll do:
As an Associate Assembler, you will help assemble, inspect, package, and prepare medical device products for shipment. This may include:

  • Assembling, inspecting, packaging, and labeling medical device products, including electrodes and related components

  • Loading/unloading parts, trimming materials, and following established work instructions

  • Operating basic production equipment and notifying a supervisor of any issues

  • Performing visual quality checks and using basic gauges as needed

  • Completing labels, production logs, and other required paperwork

  • Keeping the work area clean, organized, and aligned with safety and quality standards

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Ability to stand for an entire shift

  • Comfort with repetitive tasks and hands-on assembly work

  • Willingness & ability to follow safety, quality, and cleanliness procedures

  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills

  • Maintain consistent, dependable attendance

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
