Craftsmen Contractors is hiring Plumbers (Licensed or Non-Licensed) for the Pearl River, La. area. This is a commercial project for a fab shop.
Licensed Plumbers: $32 - $35/hr. depending on experience
Non-Licensed Plumbers: $24 - $28/hr. depending on experience
Weekly pay by direct deposit.
No per diem is offered.
Job Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
- Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
- Follow building plans and blueprints.
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
Job Requirements:
- Will need to have basic plumbing hand tools, all PPE and reliable transportation to get to the job site.
- Have at least 2 years of commercial plumbing experience.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drafts
