Job Description

Job Description

Start your acupuncture career with mentorship—not just a job.

Established acupuncture clinic seeking a motivated, compassionate new graduate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to develop your clinical skills while learning the business side of building and running a successful acupuncture practice.

You’ll receive hands-on mentorship in:

• Acupuncture techniques & treatment planning
• Patient communication & relationship-building
• Treating a variety of conditions
• Practice operations & business systems
• Marketing, community outreach & patient growth
• Participating in local health/community events

You will NOT be expected to bring your own patients. Instead, you’ll learn how we attract, educate and build relationships with patients—and participate with us at community and health events.

Learn what school doesn't teach: how to market a clinic, attract and retain patients, create community partnerships, run day-to-day operations, and build a sustainable acupuncture practice.

Approximately 25 hours/week: Mon, Tues & Fri 11–6; Sat 9–2, plus occasional marketing hours outside clinic hours.

Compensation: depending on qualifications.

Ideal for a new practitioner who is eager to learn, teachable, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career in acupuncture. Must have excellent attention to details! Must love acupuncture and nutrition!

Licensed or eligible for Texas licensure required.
