About the Role:
Inner-Circle Communities LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinician II (LISW/LPCC) to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based clinical interventions
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to meet evolving clinical needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, case managers, and community partners to coordinate care
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and Ohio licensure requirements
Requirements:
- Active Ohio LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker) or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) licensure required
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
- Experience providing direct clinical services in a community mental health or human services setting
- Proficiency in conducting mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong documentation practices
- Compassionate, client-centered approach with a commitment to cultural competency and inclusion
