About this position
We are looking for a Remote Itinerary Consultant to help clients research, organize, and book vacation experiences. This role involves comparing destinations, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities based on each client's preferences. The consultant prepares vacation options, coordinates reservations, and supports clients throughout the planning process.
Responsibilities:
- Research destinations and vacation options based on client preferences and budgets
- Help clients compare accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Prepare itinerary recommendations and booking quotes
- Coordinate reservations through available supplier resources
- Maintain accurate client and reservation records
- Develop client relationships through marketing, follow-up, and service
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to research and organize vacation details
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Attention to detail and reliable follow-through
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
