You will be the first point of contact for patients, offering them not only the critical logistical support needed to navigate their care but also a compassionate, welcoming presence during what can often be a stressful time. Primary Responsibilities</ </ </ <ul style=" sans ui frutiger linotype neue arial sans-serif and welcomes patients in person providing a friendly supportive first impression while directing them to their appointments procedures verifies demographic insurance benefits information interpreting results obtaining necessary signatures interviews complete required paperwork including financial assistance applications requests for forms explains cost collects co-pays deductibles counsels on available programs resolves claim issues or registration errors documenting any resolutions the electronic medical record resources tools accounts assigned work queues customer service inbound outbound telephone calls ensuring clear communication prompt resolution of patient inquiries scheduling add-on as needed mentor other staff provide technical functional direction gather duties supporting dynamic needs healthcare environment with flexibility commitment care>Required Qualifications:
