The Electrical Apprentice will support electrical projects across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Reporting primarily to a Master Electrician or Foreman, this role involves hands-on learning and independent work with oversight. The position offers opportunities for certification, licensing, and formal training to develop technical expertise and advance within the electrical trade.
Responsibilities
- Perform wiring installation for various electrical projects
- Conduct equipment maintenance to ensure operational reliability
- Adhere to safety compliance standards and protocols
- Interpret blueprints for accurate project execution
- Handle and maintain hand and power tools safely
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve issues
- Prepare materials required for job tasks
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records
- Keep work sites clean and organized
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in electrical work
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of electrical systems
- Proficient in blueprint reading
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Effective teamwork abilities
