Ambrosia Hollywood, a Modern Mediterranean fine dining restaurant in Los Angeles, is seeking experienced Chefs and Sous Chefs to join our culinary team and help shape a high-level, detail-driven kitchen.
We are a Modern Mediterranean restaurant in Los Angeles focused on refined flavors, elegant presentation, and a high-level dining experience.
We are looking for chefs who are not only skilled in execution, but also capable of developing and preparing the menu, maintaining consistency, and training and leading kitchen staff. Strong leadership, organization, and the ability to run a disciplined kitchen are essential.
If you have worked in Michelin-starred or top-tier kitchens and take pride in precision, creativity, and discipline, we want to hear from you.
