We are looking for an Electrical instructor
who can train students in practical skills and theory for the electrical trade, focusing on safety, National Electrical Code (NEC), blueprint reading, and hands-on installation (residential/commercial/industrial), managing labs, mentoring students, maintaining equipment, and updating curriculum to prepare them for industry certification and employment.
Core Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive field experience as an electrician (residential, commercial, industrial).
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, codes (NEC), and installation methods.
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to different learners.
Work Environment
- Vocational schools, community colleges, or trade training centers.
- Combination of classroom, lab, and potentially on-site training.
