About this position
Daisy Margarita Bar is inspired by Norteño cantinas with modern Mexican cuisine, created by Chef Alan Sanz and Beverage Director Max Reis. We are opening a second concept upstairs, and we are hiring another host.
Hosts at Daisy can expect to:
- Welcome guests: Greet everyone warmly with a smile as they walk in.
- Manage the flow of the restaurant: Escort guests to their tables, seat reservations promptly, and control the waitlist with accurate wait times.
- Oversee reservations: Handle bookings by phone, in person, or through Resy.
- Monitor table status: Keep track of which tables are currently clean, dirty, or occupied.
- Answer the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
