NSC Staffing is actively interviewing experienced Electrical Foremen to lead crews on large-scale data center construction projects throughout Georgia, North Carolina, and Ohio. PAY: $38.00–$40.00+/hour (based on experience) + $100/day Per Diem (if applicable)
SSCHEDULE: 58+ hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical crews and oversee daily job site operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and applicable electrical codes.
- Monitor project schedules, quality, productivity, and job progress.
- Perform inspections and troubleshoot electrical systems using testing equipment.
- Assist with material planning, documentation, and project tracking using Procore, Primavera P6, or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience on data center or other mission-critical construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction drawings.
- Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an Electrical Foreman on commercial, industrial, or data center projects.
- Valid OSHA certification.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Willingness to travel for project assignments.
