Pay: $29.00–$34.00 per hour

Zing Recruiting is hiring a Product Execution Specialist in Dallas, TX! Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about bringing products from concept to reality? This is an exciting opportunity to work in the beauty, cosmetics, and consumer packaging industry, coordinating projects from initial product development through production and launch.

• Pay: $29.00–$34.00 per hour

• Location: Dallas, TX

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Employment Type: Contract-to-hire

• Work Environment: On-site

• Manage customer projects from initial packaging development through production and launch.

• Serve as the main point of contact between customers, sales, engineering, and production teams.

• Coordinate product samples, artwork approvals, packaging specifications, and timelines.

• Track production schedules, customer orders, and shipping milestones.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide regular project updates.

• Work with internal teams in the U.S. and China to ensure projects stay on track.

• Identify potential delays, resolve issues, and keep customers informed.

• Prepare quotations, pricing documents, order reports, and customer approvals.

• 3+ years of B2B customer account support or client-facing experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Experience in project management or product development preferred.

• Background in manufacturing, packaging, consumer products, or distribution preferred.

• Beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry experience is a big plus!

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Competitive pay of $29.00–$34.00 per hour.
