Position Summary: The Production Coordinator oversees certain manufacturing operations within our marine seating plant, ensuring efficient production processes, quality standards, and meeting delivery deadlines. This role demands strong leadership, process optimization, and a focus on continuous improvement to meet customer expectations and business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for Safety - Foster a safety-first environment by enforcing safety protocols and facilitating training programs where needed

· Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily manufacturing operations of assigned departments to meet production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets

· Assist in the development and implementation of production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products through the plant and to the customer

· Support and assist employes and departments in their effort to maintain productivity and efficiency

· Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Materials departments as well as production employees to resolve issues and improve efficiency through better manufacturing processes.

· Assist other departments with developmental projects including time studies, BOM and print corrections as well as time collection

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in manufacturing supervisor or manager roles, preferably in marine, automotive, Upholstery or similar fields

· Strong knowledge of managing production overseeing workflow to complete on time

· Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams

· Fluent English required – bilingual in Spanish preferred

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

· Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and MS office & excel

· Full time – on site position / not a hybrid or WFH position

· Warehouse and shop floor work environment

· Limited lifting or lifting requirements

· No current travel requirements
