Key Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication of composite materials using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools for cutting, trimming, and grinding
• Apply and mix release agents, sealants, solvents, adhesives, and resins
• Assemble sub-assemblies and armor panel assemblies using hand and power tools
• Use measuring instruments such as scales and calipers to ensure accuracy
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional tasks related to aircraft seat cushion component assembly, including bonding, cutting, and grinding of foam, plastics, and laminated materials
• Complete assigned tasks within established quality levels and timeframes
• Stand for extended shifts of up to ten hours

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical institute certifications or degree in a related field
• Technical training and education in composite or production assembly
• Respirator Physical Test Clearance
