We're a Globally recognized Brand with a Restaurant, Bar, Event Space, Retail Destination, Barbershop, Tattoo Studio and Community Hub located in the heart of LA’s Arts District.
Born in London and built around a passion for Motorcycles, Culture, Hospitality, and bringing people together, Bike Shed welcomes everyone from lifelong riders, foodies, families, fur babies and first-time visitors. We believe in exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and creating memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.
We're looking for a motivated captain to assist our management team in daily floor operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily Restaurant, Bar, and Hospitality operations
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Create memorable guest experiences and build a culture of hospitality
- Drive sales, profitability, labor management, and operational excellence
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and execution
- Lead by example on and off the floor and be present where the action is

- Strong leadership presence and team-building skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Nights, weekends, and holiday availability
- An interest in Motorcycles / Culture but not a deal breaker

We're looking for someone who is committed to being present when leadership matters most during peak service periods, evenings, weekends, special events, and holidays.

Schedule Days: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Shifts: Early AM, Day, Night We are closed Mondays so those are always off. Your second day off has some flexibility.
