Executive Assistant Opportunity

If you are passionate about behavioral health and come with a strong background of supporting C-Suite and Sr Leaders, we would like to meet you. Reporting directly to the CEO and providing assistance to Chief Nursing Officer to ensure our hospital is providing superior quality healthcare, every patient, every interaction, every time.

The Ridge Behavioral Health System is a 110-bed hospital located in the heart of the Bluegrass, Lexington, KY. The Ridge provides psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. The Ridge offers Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Programs, Individual Counseling, as well as Medication Management for all ages. We have provided behavioral health services to over 92 Kentucky counties for more than 39 years.

Job Duties include:

  • Assists the C-Suite and Senior Leaders to ensure we are providing superior quality healthcare
  • Ensures seamless onboarding of our physician staff
  • Facilitates facility special projects and events
  • Ensures compliance for example physician files, on call schedules, staffing reports, reporting needs
  • Desires a culture of teamwork, professionalism and treating everyone as a guest

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's degree is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Certifications/Licensure: None
  • Experience: 1 year of office or administrative experience required.
  • Other Skills: Ability to maintain confidential information is required.
