OVERVIEW
At ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine, our purpose is empowering others to live their best lives, our patients and our team alike. We are looking for a motivated, compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Spartanburg. Whether you are a new graduate eager to develop a specialty or an experienced clinician ready to mentor others and lead, there is a defined path for you here.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Deliver evidence-based, individualized care that helps patients reach their goals
- Build treatment plans that inspire confidence and independence
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians who support each other every step of the way
- Represent ProMotion in the Spartanburg community with pride
- As you grow, mentor newer clinicians, lead specialty programs, or step into clinic leadership
GROW WITH US
- Accredited Orthopedic Residency: We are the host partner for the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) accredited orthopedic residency, offered here in Spartanburg. It prepares clinicians for OCS board certification with one-on-one weekly mentorship, didactic coursework, and weekend intensives hosted by MUSC.
- In-House Mentorship Program: A structured 42-week program offered to every clinician, with dedicated learning time during the day, case review, and skills practice organized by body region.
- Generous Annual CEU Allowance: Funds to keep learning and advancing toward the certifications and specialties you care about.
- Support for Specialization: Orthopedics, sports, spine, or another niche, we invest in helping you build real expertise.
