About the Role

A food production company is seeking a hands-on Marketing Creative Associate to create content that attracts customers and supports business growth. You’ll produce social media content, digital ads, email campaigns, flyers, and catalogs—taking projects from brief to finished work quickly, often within the same day.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with strong execution, communicates clearly, and enjoys capturing content in an active kitchen or warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Shoot and edit photos and short videos for Facebook and Instagram ads and organic posts.
  • Design email campaigns in Canva and prepare approved campaigns in Zoho for sending.
  • Create flyers, catalogs, and other printed materials, including preparing final files for the printer.
  • Incorporate feedback promptly while keeping multiple projects moving and meeting deadlines.
  • Monitor content and campaign performance and suggest new ideas to improve results.
  • Organize creative files so approved assets are easy to find and reuse.

What We’re Looking For

  • A portfolio demonstrating a range of photography, video, and graphic design work.
  • Working proficiency in Canva.
  • The ability to produce drafts quickly, ask questions early, and follow through independently.
  • Initiative and comfort capturing content on a warehouse or kitchen floor while following site safety and food-handling protocols.
  • Clear, timely communication and strong attention to detail.
  • Availability to work on-site.Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with paid social campaigns, particularly Meta ads for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Photo and video editing experience using Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom, or similar tools.
  • Experience preparing print layouts in Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software.
  • CRM and email campaign experience, ideally with Zoho.
  • Spanish-language skills to support content for a Spanish-speaking audience.
