We are seeking experienced Solar Installers to join our team with a commitment to 90% travel, working primarily on commercial solar installations. Installers will collaborate in medium to small teams, traveling regionally and nationally to deliver high-quality solar panel systems. This role requires technical proficiency, safety adherence, and strong customer communication skills using both standard and advanced electrical tools.
Responsibilities
- Install solar panels for commercial projects
- Perform site assessments to determine installation requirements
- Test solar systems to ensure proper functionality
- Maintain and troubleshoot installation equipment
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers throughout project phases
- Document installation processes and outcomes thoroughly
- Collaborate with team members of 2-10 people to achieve installation goals
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license for regional and national travel
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in solar panel installation
- High school diploma or equivalent
