1st Shift 6:30am-3pm
As a Battery Pack Assembler, you will manually assemble custom industrial battery modules at a workbench by following detailed work instructions. You will weld, solder, insulate, wire, and test battery packs while inspecting your own work to ensure every pack meets quality and safety standards the first time.
Responsibilities
- Assemble battery cells and custom industrial battery modules.
- Install wiring and related components according to detailed work instructions.
- Perform spot welding and soldering during pack assembly.
- Insulate completed battery packs and components.
- Conduct visual inspections and electrical testing.
- Test components and assembled packs for proper performance.
- Follow safety compliance procedures throughout the assembly process.
- Check completed work to identify and correct issues before packs leave the workbench.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in battery pack assembly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
