$30–$36/HR DOE | PHOENIX METRO | IMMEDIATE & UPCOMING STARTS

You’ve put in the years. You know the trade. You shouldn’t have to chase down work.

Talent Corps is looking for skilled Commercial Journeyman Electricians who can step onto a jobsite, read the prints, grab their tools, and get to work.

We have commercial and industrial projects throughout the Phoenix Metro Area and are looking for electricians who take pride in their craft and want strong pay, consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and projects that keep them working.

WE WANT ELECTRICIANS WHO CAN ACTUALLY DO THE WORK

If you can handle most of the following without someone standing over your shoulder, we want to talk to you:

  • Read and work from electrical blueprints, layouts, and schematics
  • Bend and install EMT, Rigid, IMC, and other raceway systems
  • Perform accurate 90s, offsets, saddles, and kicks
  • Install panels, transformers, switchgear, disconnects, and electrical equipment
  • Pull, route, and terminate branch circuits and feeders
  • Install commercial lighting and power systems
  • Perform layout and rough-in
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify field issues
  • Properly install supports, boxes, fittings, and raceways
  • Work safely and efficiently while maintaining NEC-compliant workmanship
  • Work independently at a Journeyman level

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

4+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred

You should have:

  • Strong commercial electrical knowledge
  • Your own basic electrical hand tools
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proper PPE
  • Ability to read prints
  • Strong conduit-bending skills
  • Understanding of the NEC and electrical safety
  • Dependable attendance
  • The ability to show up ready to WORK

OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 is a plus.
