Pay: $18/hour Schedule: Part‑time (24–36 hours per week) Shifts: Must be flexible to work day or overnight

Evergreen Home Healthcare Services is a licensed assisted living facility providing compassionate, individualized care in a home‑like environment. We support residents with diverse medical and personal needs through RN‑led oversight and person‑centered care.
Position Summary
Direct Care / ULP / Direct Support Professionals provide hands‑on care, medication support, and delegated treatments under RN supervision. This role is essential to maintaining resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, mobility, toileting.
Provide medication reminders/administration according to Evergreen policy.
Perform treatment administration under RN delegation.
Document services accurately and promptly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
Report changes in resident condition to RN or Administrator.
Qualifications
Experience in assisted living, group home, or long‑term care preferred.
Unexpired CPR certification required.
Must pass NetStudy 2.0 background check.
Negative TB test within the past year.
Reliable, compassionate, and professional.
CNA welcome but not required.
