About this position
Company: DiLucci CPA Firm
Location: Coppell, TX (In-Person)
Type: W-2 Employee | Hourly $25-$35/hr
Role Overview
Are you the person who always gets things done? Do you love organizing, planning, solving problems, and making life easier for the people around you?
We're looking for a dependable, resourceful Personal Assistant to support the Founder of DiLucci CPA Firm. You'll help manage the day-to-day details of a busy personal and professional life, from coordinating travel and managing schedules to running errands, assisting with family needs, and keeping things organized.
This is not a traditional desk job. Some days you'll be coordinating appointments and handling emails. Other days you'll be picking up lunch, meeting vendors, driving a child to school, or helping organize an event.
You'll work directly with the Founder and need to be comfortable switching between personal and business responsibilities, taking initiative, and handling whatever the day brings.
Why You'll Love This Role
This isn't a job where you'll sit at a desk all day doing the same thing over and over.
You'll have variety, independence, and the opportunity to work directly with the Founder of a fast-growing CPA firm.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being helpful, takes pride in getting things done, and doesn't need to be told what to do every step of the way.
If you're organized, trustworthy, adaptable, and love making things run smoothly, keep reading.
