Role Description
Technicians must be able to install, troubleshoot, diagnose, research and repair all types of Commercial cooking equipment including but not limited to: convection ovens, steamers, slicers, bread slicer's, soup wells, dishwashers, steam kettles, pizza ovens, fryers, coffee machines, tea brewers, hot plates, holding cabinets, and more as jobs require.
Qualifications
Verifiable experience (2+ years) in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance, including firsthand experience with various refrigeration systems, such as walk-in coolers, freezers, refrigerated display cases, ovens, fryers, and HVAC systems.Verifiable experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.Valid driver's license w/ clean driving record.Excellent communication and customer service.Team player with a positive "can do" attitudeMust take part in on call schedulePersonal toolsHVAC/R certification, CFESA, or relevant trade qualifications preferred.Certified to work with Rational equipment / combi ovens is a plus!Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics and repairs on commercial hot side equipment.Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve appliance issues efficiently.Read and interpret schematics to assist in repairs and installations.Provide exceptional customer service while delivering and servicing equipment.Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with team members and clients.Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition and adhere to safety protocols.In addition to top wages, Quick Servant offers a complete benefits package including:
