Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Load Pay
- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Cover cross-country routes from Stillwater in HMD Trucking's Flatbed division.
Operate nationwide OTR lanes in modern trucks equipped with sleeper cabs, APUs, inverters and rider seats, backed by full maintenance support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure and transport flatbed freight safely
- Follow FMCSA regulations and best practices
- Perform daily inspections and tarping
