Our team makes delicious food and delivers exceptional customer service, and the Schmear Manager leads that effort on a daily basis. You ensure smooth operations with efficiency and positivity. We're seeking a hardworking manager to join our team as we continue to grow.

Position Overview

As a manager, you will be the daily leader of the Schmear Bagel Parlor mission (creating and delivering meaning through food, people, and local causes). You will specifically be responsible for opening/closing and leading the team in executing all daily operations. You will be empowered and expected to take ownership and pride in your work and grow your responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store; key holder and cash manager
• Continually inspire and craft the optimal customer experience
• Liaise with COO to enforce standards of sanitation and product quality
• Order and maintain store inventory
• Control cleaning schedule
• Address performance issues in a supportive and constructive manner
• Work with Chief Schmear Officer and Chief Schmooze Officer to execute regular scheduling
• Daily operations of food prep, operating POS, executing orders, brewing and serving coffee, cleaning dishes and front and back-of-house
