About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for one of its flagship Life Plan Communities. The successful candidate will be a mission-driven, resident-centered, and operationally disciplined leader, responsible for overseeing all community operations to ensure exceptional resident experiences, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and strong organizational performance. This role demands a visible and engaged leader who can foster accountability, collaboration, service excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement. Key priorities include developing a high-performing leadership team, strengthening operational and financial performance, and advancing occupancy growth, all while transitioning the organization to a more scalable operating model. The ideal Executive Director will have significant leadership experience in aging services, preferably within a Life Plan Community, CCRC, or senior living environment. A proven track record in performance improvement, change management, team development, and financial management is essential. The role requires a leader with strong communication skills, business acumen, and a genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults. The Executive Director will be expected to partner closely with corporate leaders to implement strategic priorities, drive performance through data and financial metrics, and ensure the highest standards of resident care, safety, and service.
