- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans and treatment protocols
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and follow-up care in accordance with state regulations
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the EMR/EHR system
- Educate patients and families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options
- Monitor and manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and post-procedural care
- Active Nurse Practitioner license and certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)
- Current California NP licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
- DEA registration and prescriptive authority in the state of California
- 1+ years of clinical NP experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds encouraged to apply
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
- BLS/ACLS certification required
