About the Role:
Join Nevada Health Alliance as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, NV. Be part of a dedicated team that provides exceptional healthcare services to families in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in patients of all ages.
- Provide patient education on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Perform routine physical examinations and screenings.
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote health awareness.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Practice.
- Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) licensure in Nevada.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and community health.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
