About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) to join its senior leadership team. The CCO will be a strategic and innovative physician executive responsible for advancing high-quality, safe, and equitable care across the continuum. This role involves leading the development and execution of enterprise clinical strategy, driving clinical excellence, and ensuring consistent clinical standards. The CCO will also be accountable for system-wide clinical quality, patient safety, and outcomes improvement, and will work to shape the enterprise care delivery strategy, including the expansion of community-based services. Strong relationships with clinicians and leaders are essential, as is the ability to influence and engage in cultural and change management initiatives. Candidates for the CCO position at the company must have an M.D. or D.O. with a strong preference for a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or Master's in Medical Management (MMM). An unrestricted medical license and broad experience in clinical practice are required. The ideal candidate will have substantive clinical practice experience and significant senior executive experience in a large, complex, integrated health system. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in physician strategy, engagement, and the ability to drive performance through clinical standards and engagement. Experience in health informatics, data, and innovation, as well as a deep understanding of team-based care models, is highly valued. The CCO will be expected to operate effectively in a collaborative, shared leadership environment and to be a champion of the company's mission and core values.
