Dispatch drivers and technicians based on location, availability, equipment needs, job requirements, and priority. Schedule routine, recurring, emergency, and on-demand service calls. Monitor crews throughout the day and make schedule adjustments as needed. Communicate with drivers, technicians, customers, property managers, and internal staff. Provide customers with service windows and update times as needed. Prioritize emergency calls and critical customer needs. Maintain professional customer relationships and help resolve service-related concerns. Ensure dispatching and scheduling practices follow company policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
Previous dispatch/scheduling experience! Septic pumping, grease trap, interceptor cleaning, FOG collection, wastewater, or environmental services experience is highly preferred! High School Diploma. College – Supply Chain Management or Logistics would be a plus.
Normal Hours: Monday - Friday 7- 4, Criminal/Drug screening.
