$28–$42/hour | Company Vehicle + Gas Card | Weekly Pay
Morris Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician who can independently troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
This role is designed for an experienced service technician with 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience who is comfortable handling service calls and solving equipment issues in the field.

What You’ll Do
Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems
Work on rooftop units, air handlers, walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration issues
Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
Independently handle commercial HVAC/R service calls
Communicate service findings and completed repairs clearly
Participate in the on-call rotation
What You Need
3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience
Hands-on experience servicing walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines
Ability to independently diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment
Strong electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to participate in the on-call rotation
EPA Certification preferred
Journeyman License preferred
