Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: San Francisco, CA (Neighborhood/District: e.g., Financial District / Pacific Heights)
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time available
Pay Range: $60.00 – $70.00 / hour (Commensurate with experience) + Production Bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive oral hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal scaling, and root planing (SRP).
- Conduct thorough intraoral exams, oral cancer screenings, and periodontal evaluations.
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral camera photos.
- Educate patients on individualized oral health care routines and treatment recommendations.
- Maintain strict sterilization, infection control, and OSHA/HIPAA compliance standards.
- Chart patient histories accurately using digital practice management software.
Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.
- Certifications: Current CPR / BLS certification.
- Local Anesthesia: Certification to administer local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and soft tissue curettage preferred.
- Skills: Experience with modern dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental) and digital X-rays.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, patient-first demeanor.
