Dynamic In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing Home Health team serving Northeast Las Vegas and surrounding communities.
With more than 39 years of experience providing quality in-home healthcare, Dynamic is committed to helping patients maintain their independence, improve their mobility, and achieve their highest possible quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments in patients' homes.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions.
- Help patients improve strength, coordination, mobility, and functional independence.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, fall prevention, and safety techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Medicare, state, and agency requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Communicate changes in patient condition and progress to the appropriate care team members.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Nevada Physical Therapist license.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Previous home health experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of Medicare home health regulations and documentation requirements preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
