General Labor – Production
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is currently hiring General Labor - Production for a manufacturing facility in Knox, IN.
If you are dependable, comfortable with physical work, and have experience in manufacturing, production, agriculture, warehouse, construction, landscaping, or other hands-on environments, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Pay & Schedule- $15.00/hour Days
- $16.00/ hour Nights
- Day Shift: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM CT
- Night Shift: 6:30PM - 5:00AM CT
Monday–Thursday
Bag and package fertilizer and related lawn-care products
Monitor products as they move through the production and packaging process
Stack and organize finished product
Load, move, and handle bags and materials
Perform repetitive lifting and material-handling tasks
Inspect bags and finished products for quality
Follow production instructions
Perform other general production duties as assigned
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day
Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
Comfortable working in a production environment
Able to work as part of a team
Willing to perform repetitive tasks
Detail-oriented when handling and packaging products
Able to maintain consistent attendance
