INDUSTRIAL METAL LABORERS
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Industrial Metal Laborers for a company based in Clanton, AL. Must be dependable and hardworking individuals eager to contribute, learn new skills, and support efficient, safe operations as part of a team.
Pay Rate
$16.00 to $17.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Saturday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Industrial Metal Laborers- Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare steel materials for the galvanizing process in hot atmosphere
- Stacking Zinc
- Painting Poles
- Load, unload, hang and move steel products
- Inspect finished materials for quality
- Operate basic tools and production equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all plant safety procedures
- Assist with other production duties as assigned
Industrial Metal Laborers- Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous Industrial labor experience is preferred
- Ability to lift to 60 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working around steel, heat, noise and industrial equipment
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and move throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Steel-toed boots and required personal protective equipment must be worn
- Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
