Job Description
We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on MIG welding experience and be comfortable reading blueprints and working with various metal materials.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding using solid wire and shielding gas.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications.
- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning and grinding.
- Set up and adjust welding machines for proper weld quality.
- Monitor wire feed, gas flow, and welding settings.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
- Safely handle and move metal materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous MIG welding experience required.
- Ability to read blueprints or welding specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work, including bending, kneeling, and lifting.
- Must be able to pass a welding test.
