\nCompany Description

At Mālama Maika'i, we know the work you do isn't easy, and it isn't ordinary. You're the one who shows up, who notices the small things, who turns a routine visit into a moment of real connection. That kind of work deserves an employer who recognizes it.

We're a locally owned, non-franchise home care and home health agency serving kūpuna and families across O'ahu and Maui. Founded in 2022, we were built on a straightforward belief: the people who give care deserve to be supported, respected, and set up to do their best work.

What that looks like here:
- Real relationships, not rushed visits. We match caregivers with clients for consistency, so you get to know the people you serve and become a trusted part of their lives.
- A team that has your back. When the day is hard, you're not on your own. We listen, we support, and we make sure you have what you need to succeed.

Work rooted in community. Guided by the Hawaiian value of mālama, to care for and protect. We are proud to serve our islands and honor the Kūpuna who built them.

You might be a great fit if you:
- Take pride in making a genuine difference in someone's day
- Want to be part of a mission-driven team, not just fill a slot on a schedule
- Care about doing this work the right way, with dignity and heart

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
