NOW HIRING: General Laborers
Pay: $18.00 per hour
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, working outdoors and in a team environment, and are willing to work overtime.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Typical workday: 5:30/6:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM
- Schedule includes windshield (travel) time
- Overtime is expected and available
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and assembly of metal building components
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements
- Clean background required
- Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor throughout the day
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Spanish-speaking only applicants are welcome
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are encouraged to apply
