About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Pharmacy Operations to lead the end-to-end fulfillment strategy and execution across a multi-site pharmacy network. The successful candidate will have full ownership of operational performance, service levels, patient experience, regulatory compliance, and financial outcomes. This role requires a leader with a systems-thinking mindset, strong operational rigor, and exceptional interpersonal skills, who can drive large-scale operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. The VP will be responsible for owning the strategy and performance of automation systems, leading network optimization and routing strategies, and establishing workforce planning and strategy. Collaboration with cross-functional partners is essential to ensure seamless execution from production to final-mile delivery. Candidates for the VP of Pharmacy Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in pharmacy operations, fulfillment, or supply chain, with a proven track record in multi-site leadership. Deep experience in workforce planning, labor optimization, and scaling operations in high-growth environments is required, as is a strong understanding of automation and systems integration. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader with strong financial and analytical acumen, and a demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders. Experience in highly regulated environments, particularly with knowledge of pharmacy licensing, compliance, and quality standards, is also a key requirement. The role demands a leader with strong people management skills, capable of building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
