Osteria Centrale, a new Italian restaurant from Vizz Group, is opening in Grand Central Terminal. Designed by Rockwell Group, Centrale brings together warm Italian hospitality, a lively bar, and a menu featuring antipasti, house-made pasta, seafood, and classic Italian dishes.

We are seeking dedicated, reliable Dishwashers to join our opening team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and supporting efficient service from lunch through late-night dining.

Qualifications

  • Experience washing dishes or cleaning kitchens in a busy restaurant
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Full-time availability for evening shifts, including weekends, preferred
  • Ability to stand for an 8- to 10-hour shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
