Role: Bookkeeper
Location: Post Falls, Idaho
Work type: On-site
Compensation: Up to $75,000
The Kostelic Agency is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
What You’ll Do
- Record routine financial transactions and categorize expenses accurately.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Assist with payroll information and customer account activity.
- Maintain organized records and supporting documentation.
- Review transactions and help resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end activities as needed.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and digital records.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of daily responsibilities.
You will have direct exposure to operating leadership, meaningful ownership, and the opportunity to help shape how a growing organization makes decisions.
