Responsibilities- Perform welding tasks on various materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Set up welding equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding is a plus.
- Proven experience as a welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Familiarity with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in a welding environment.
