Responsibilities:
- Standard A/P and A/R process experience required
- Processes bank reconciliations for business checking, lines of credit and credit card accounts
- Reconcile daily credit card receipts & refunds
- Conducts maintenance of files and spreadsheets for daily business financial monitoring
- Discreet and reliable in the handling of confidential information
- Enjoys solving detailed problems and keeping accurate records on different projects
- Works independently but keeps management updated on recurring duties
- Interacts with customers and work colleagues in a professional and upbeat manner
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks knowledge
