At Happy Tuna, we are redefining fast casual sushi by serving fresh, high-quality sushi made with premium ingredients. As a Team Member, you'll help bring chef-quality sushi to more guests than ever before while growing your career in a fun, collaborative environment.
Prepare amazing food
- Prepare sushi, sashimi, sushi rice, vegetables, and other menu items to Happy Tuna standards while keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized.
- Follow HACCP and all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling, temperatures, storage, and product rotation.
- Inspect ingredients for freshness, maintain accurate portions and presentation, and ensure every order meets quality standards before it is served.
Be a key part of the team
- Execute orders accurately and efficiently, and communicate special requests and allergies.
- Work in a positive, energetic environment where teammates support each other and leaders invest in your development.
Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience.
- Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
- Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
- Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
