Fleet Manager
Do you have 2+ years’ experience in the transportation/trucking industry? Do you have experience managing an assigned fleet and drivers? Do you have success stories of training and managing people? Are you strong with your team leadership skills and abilities? Do you have reefer experience? It is preferred, not required. Are you familiar with DOT regulations and compliance? Do you have a passion for reducing turnover and increasing retention? Is ensuring safety a top priority for you? Are your communication skills top-notch?
